Thus Estateguru was born. Today, more than half a decade later, we have facilitated more than 3100 loans worth in excess of €500 million. Over 100 000 investors, from all walks of life and hailing from 109 countries, have earned average returns of 11.24% by backing property loans in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Spain, Germany, Sweden and Finland with more markets to follow soon.
