Lanai Partners is a premier angel investment fund focused on early-stage investments (pre-seed and seed). Our goal is to find and support the Spanish entrepreneurs that are challenging the status quo and are shaping how consumers and enterprises will interact with technology in the future. We are a team of founders and operators with +10 years of startup investing experience. Lanai is managed by Jeroen Merchiers (CEO Zazume, ex-EMEA Managing Director Airbnb), Guillermo Llibre (CEO Housell), Rubén Ferreiro (CEO Viko Group), and Diego Camilleri (ex-Competitive Strategy lead @ Uber). As business angels and through our funds we have invested in over 50 companies that generate more than €1 billion in revenue, have raised more than €2 billion capital, and employ over 15.000 employees. Our portfolio includes companies like Glovo, Cabify, Cobee, Payflow, Ritmo, Jeff, Housfy, and many others

We are a global community of early-stage investors. We are +160 members based in +25 different countries with a shared passion for supporting innovative founders. We have a wide array of skill sets and backgrounds, including VCs, founders, as well as employees in some of the top startups, scaleups, and big tech companies. What defines us is that we are a community. Our members work have relevant jobs across a variety of industries and we all act as Deal Partners by helping with deal flow sourcing, screening, due diligence, and taking advisory roles in our portfolio companies. Our members work in VC (Accel-KKR, Peak Capital, Atomico, GFC, EQT, DFF, Profounders, Lightrock, LT Capital, Partech...), Tech companies of all sizes (Google, Netflix, Amazon, Microsoft, Uber, Revolut, Capchase, Payflow...), and consulting and banking (BCG, McKinsey, Bain, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, GP Bullhound...)
