Spatium Medical is bringing responsive, ventilation-adjusted and patient-tailored insufflation to the field of laparoscopy. Developed by clinicians and researchers at Erasmus MC in Rotterdam, The Netherlands and the TechRes Lab in Milan, Italy, these innovative technologies enable us to improve patient recovery and surgical outcome in laparoscopic surgeries. Pan Cancer T is a biotechnology spin-out (Erasmus MC, Rotterdam) focussed on the discovery and development of T cell receptor (TCR) T cell therapies. We exploit the 20 years of pioneering in adoptive T cell therapy as a springboard to breakthrough treatment of solid tumors.
Pan Cancer T develops natural affinity TCR T cell therapies towards unique and proprietary intracellular targets expressed by multiple solid tumors, and make T cell therapy maximally accessible despite the tumor micro-environment challenges.

De uiteindelijke missie is om MS als ziekte tenminste chronisch te maken door zo snel mogelijk het verloop / de progressie van de ziekte te stoppen en mensen met MS beter te laten functioneren zodat zij zo volwaardig mogelijk kunnen (blijven) participeren in het gezin en de maatschappij.
Dit kan enerzijds door het subsidiëren van veelbelovend (medisch wetenschappelijk) onderzoek in (inter)nationale wetenschappelijke instituten, (academische) ziekenhuizen of andere (zorg)instellingen. Anderzijds kan de stichting ook (startende) ondernemingen die werkzaam zijn in het MS-veld financieel ondersteunen om innovatieve medische of technische interventies sneller bij de patiënt te krijgen.
Daarnaast bestaat de wens om op de kortere termijn de omgeving van de patiënt aan te passen en te verbeteren waardoor de kwaliteit van leven in de progressieve en gevorderde fase van de ziekte voor patiënt en familie wordt verhoogd middels bijvoorbeeld respijtzorg initiatieven ofwel door het ontwikkelen van meer geschikte hulpmiddelen.
