As a representative and voice of startups in Germany we are committed to establishing a founder-friendly environment. Opening up a dialogue with decision-makers in politics, we develop proposals that encourage a culture of self-employment and reduce the barriers to starting a business. We promote innovative entrepreneurship and want to establish an entrepreneurship mentality in society. We want to connect founders, startups and their friends with each other as a broad network.

European Startup Network (ESN) is the common voice for European startups, unifying 22 European national startup associations. We endeavour to foster a startup-friendly ecosystem so that European startups can grow and thrive more successfully in the EU. Currently, we are active in the EU co-funded projects including Corship (https://www.corship.eu/), UpskillingLab 4.0 (https://www.upskillinglab.eu/), the Next Generation Internet (NGI) TETRA project (https://www.ngi.eu/ngi-projects/tetra/).

Wir glauben, klimaneutrales Wohnen sollte für jeden zugänglich, erschwinglich und einfach sein. Und mit jeder Wärmepumpe vor unseren Häusern, jeder Photovoltaikanlage auf unseren Dächern und jeder Wallbox in unseren Garagen leisten wir einen Beitrag für klimaneutrales Wohnen. Heim für Heim. --- 2013 in Berlin als Heizungsinstallateur gelauncht - ist thermondo heute ein zentraler Möglichmacher der Wärmewende in Deutschland für Ein- und Zweifamilienhäuser im Bestand. Wir haben 40.000 Kund:innen und beschäftigen bundesweit über 800 festangestellte Mitarbeiter:innen, davon über 500 Handwerker:innen. Wir wollen klimaneutrales Wohnen für jede:n Hausbesitzer:in zugänglich, erschwinglich und so einfach und zuverlässig wie möglich machen. Mit eigens entwickelter Software und standardisierten Services rund um den Heizungswechsel sind wir ein Pionier in der Digitalisierung des Handwerks und wurden mehrfach für unsere Innovationskraft ausgezeichnet. Seit Juni 2022 ermöglichen wir rund 16 Millionen Hausbesitzer:innen in ganz Deutschland den schnellen und einfachen Umstieg auf die Wärmepumpe - entweder zum Kauf oder zur monatlichen Miete ohne Anschaffungskosten. Seit 2023 installieren wir auch Photovoltaik-Anlagen. Mit dem Einbau von modernen Heizungsanlagen haben wir seit 2013 dazu beigetragen, über 800.000 Tonnen CO₂ einzusparen.
