El Foro IA en Marketing, Comunicación y Experiencia de Cliente (MCX) nace con el objetivo de generar un espacio para aprender en comunidad, construir conocimiento y compartir recomendaciones y pautas que ayuden a los profesionales MXC a navegar por este tsunami. La Fundación Tecnologías Sociales – TECSOS, se funda en el año 2002, a través del impulso conjunto de la Cruz Roja Española y la Fundación Vodafone España.
