We are builders of technology businesses currently at top tier internet companies in APAC. We believe startups in Southeast Asia deserve a better breed of angels - genuinely wanting to go beyond capital. We like to work closely with promising founders, bringing to bear our own experiences building and scaling technology companies and products in Southeast Asia. We have noticed a ton of these people are sitting in our network of technology leaders wanting to invest in high-quality startup founders, wanting to engage and help, but without having a programmatic avenue to do this on a regular basis.

Harmony is a fast and scalable blockchain. Harmony recently launched on Binance and shipped Day ONE Mainnet. We are crazily recruiting Rust/Go language enthusiasts, protocol researchers and database hackers. Apply at harmony.one/careers! See https://harmony.one/whitepaper for our latest research and roadmap. Harmony is a fast and secure blockchain with key innovations in state sharding and peer-to-peer networking. Its sharding uses secure proof-of-stake and decentralized randomness, and its networking achieves optimal cross-shard routing and fast block propagation. Harmony helps businesses build marketplaces of fungible tokens (such as energy credits and loyalty points) and non-fungible assets (such as game collectibles and real estate). Harmony is applying zero-knowledge proofs for data sharing while preserving the consumer’s privacy. Common industry use cases include ad exchanges, credit ratings and many other data consortia that would otherwise take many years to form among competing companies.

Jide was founded by three ex-Google engineers in 2014 with a vision of ushering in a new era of computing by pioneering productive Android products. We do this by working with our community of users to build the future of mobile based productivity. Our community’s feedback helps us optimize our software and hardware and it’s what will separate us from the rest. We buy into what Alan Kay once said, “people who are serious about software should make their own hardware.” We are not a company just building products to sell. We are about building products that have the potential to change the world. We are not a company only interested in the bottom line. We are interested in removing barriers to access of information and technology. Traditional PCs have dominated the computer industry for almost 30 years now. We believe its time for a change. We aim to change the world through Remix OS.
