Since 1999, a lot of international studies have proven the benefits of physical activities and teambuilding events on companies’ competitivity and profitability. Squadeasy is an “all-in-one” mobile and web platform that allows firms to place at their employees disposal a ludic and connected running competition by teams. Every employee can participate, whether they are spread all around the world, sportsmen/women or not, as far as they have a personal or professional smartphone. Squadeasy slogan is :“ the company’s health is driven by the one of its’ employees. Squadeasy is directly inspired from SquadRunner’s success, a B2C running application that is used over 83 countries. Indeed, SquadRunner is known as the first international running competition that has been able to imply gamification and team spirit. Squadeasy has adapted the concept to companies’ needs and involvement in their CSR’s (Corporate Social Responsibility) strategy. It is a mobile application on iPhone or Android, as a white label, that offers a unique experience to each collaborator. Squadeasy technological tools are impressive : - instant messaging between participants, but also between organizers and participants. - Internal GPS tracker : real-time speed, distance, map, and graphics. - Connection to other trackers (applications and connected watches) Squadeasy and SquadRunner’s mechanisms are directly inspired from scientific theories on motivation and more precisely accomplishments of aims. Squadeasy and SquadRunner are services offered by LiveHappier, a Paris based company created by a ten years experienced team in various areas such as R&D, finance, art, sport, IT development and car industry.

Aujourd’hui, 25% de lempreinte carbone mondiale provient des échanges internationaux : ils génèrent énormément d’émissions pour trop peu d’actions mises en place. Keewe, c’est la fintech pour des échanges internationaux plus simples et plus durables. On pense que l’action écologique ne doit pas être un coût à subir mais un avantage compétitif pour embarquer les entreprises. On agit sur - l’impact : on mesure l’empreinte carbone des opérations tout en générant de l’impact positif - le prix : on est ultra compétitifs et transparents par rapport au marché bancaire et aux autres fintech - la simplicité : c’est facile, intuitif. Tous les services financiers internationaux sont au même endroit. Pour convaincre, on doit simplifier. L’impact ne doit pas être une charge supplémentaire.
