The Sunny Spoon is a Vegan Patisserie company. Following French traditions we create high end plant based options such as Croissants, Pain au chocolat, Tarts, Entremets, Chou pastry etc... We currently supply establishments all over London with our products and have a very loyal and committed customer base. The company was founded in 2012 by Chef Clarisse Flon, a French trained pastry chef with years of experience in fine dining establishment and luxury hospitality. It went from a little stall on Brick Lane market to a state of the art factory producing thousands of pastries for vegans, foodies, allergy sufferers and food curious all over the capital. Our pastries are unrivalled and our product range evolves constantly following seasons, trends and demands although our clients and their customers have had their favourite for years and those treats will remain our staples.
