Aurafleet brings everything together into a single intelligent platform that understands, learns and acts. Our system integrates order management, route planning, driver communication, telematics analysis, timesheets and invoicing into one AI-powered workspace. Instead of just showing dashboards, our AI interprets data, highlights what matters and recommends concrete actions in natural language. Key features include automatic order digitization, AI-assisted route and shift planning, multilingual driver-dispatch communication, and telematics analysis that delivers easy-to-read performance reports for both drivers and supervisors in their own languages. With the EU Data Act taking effect in 2025, fleets will gain direct API access to their vehicle data — and Aurafleet is built natively for this new, open-data era. Our approach eliminates the need for proprietary hardware and outdated software integrations, giving operators full control over their data and operations. Aurafleet was founded in 2025 in Turku, Finland, by a team combining deep logistics experience, AI and software expertise, and proven operational leadership. Our first pilot customers are launching in late 2025.
