Breadth, depth, focus and reassuring dependability. These enduring qualities have put us at the heart of some of the biggest deals in recent Swiss business history. Every project is led by an experienced partner. And, alongside their expertise, we bring an innovative edge and pragmatic mindset – solving problems and opening up opportunities. While legal systems may operate within national borders, global business is breaking down barriers. So, as well as being specialists in Swiss business law, we also partner with leading firms worldwide. It means we can offer our clients the very best advice and representation – whether inside or outside Switzerland – including the many foreign clients who choose to live and work here. This extends to keeping a very close eye on the EU legislation implications for companies based throughout the country. Our lawyers dont just encompass the globe, they also span generations. Together, we build relationships for the long term and conduct business Swiss-style in a way that proves that consensus, humility and restraint often offer the smartest route to the quickest results.
