Our “learning-by-doing” methodology puts participants at the center of real investment decisions. Through a structured, guided process, they evaluate live deals, join due diligence teams, and invest real capital. Along the way, they gain deep, practical experience in every step of the angel investing journey, from sourcing and screening to negotiating and closing. SIA attracts a diverse community of angel investors, VCs, family offices, and other investment professionals who want to enhance their practice and collaborate across borders. We are the European counterpart to Mossy Ventures’ flagship program, the Seattle Angel Conference (SAC), which has been growing investor and founder ecosystems in the U.S. since 2012. To date, the program has trained 1,000+ angel investors and supported over 1,800 startups, with alumni collectively investing over $300 million into early-stage companies around the world.

Resolution Bioscience, a part of Agilent, is pioneering next generation cancer diagnostics that enable physicians to tailor treatments for each patient using only a blood test — a liquid biopsy. Our proprietary molecular analytics platform interrogates cell-free DNA for actionable information that, until now, has only been accessible through invasive biopsy procedures. We have developed over 50 focused panels and are currently working on companion diagnostics to support therapeutic approvals. We are dedicated to improving cancer outcomes through a suite of clinical tests to guide selection of targeted therapies and monitor their effectiveness over time.
