I G C advises domestic entrepreneurs on corporate finance matters, private debt and private equity fundraising, M&A and liability management. BOARD & MANAGEMENT SERVICES: We are appointed by domestic and foreign institutional investors to serve in non-executive Board positions for portfolio companies, to enforce steering and corporate governance. I G C also provides professional management services to entrepreneurs willing to scale their business in order to perform in the increasingly volatile and complex business environment.
