Au cœur de la Santé, « Le Monitoring à distance, proche des patients » « Soigner les soignants ». C’est ainsi que notre histoire Grand Coeur(GC) a commencé. La Pandémie de Covid ne fit que renforcer notre volonté. Pour cela nous avons construit une plateforme de coordination, d’organisation et de surveillance à distance des patients appelée Grandcoeur. Cette solution est utile à plusieurs titres. Elle surveille tous types de patients. Personnes âgées, personnes opérées, postopératoires, malades poly pathologiques, cardiovasculaires, sportifs, maladies infectieuses... Prenant en charge par son organisation les surveillances, elle diminue le stress médical et le nombre d’hospitalisations tout en sécurisant les patients à domiciles, diminuant également ainsi les coûts médicaux. Enfin Grandcoeur reliant le patient à une surveillance médicalisée, est sans nulle doute, un outil de diminution du stress et de l’anxiété non négligeable comme ce fut le cas avec la Covid. Les télé consultations dans ce cadre seront plus efficients et une aide indéniable pour soigner, rassurer et orienter les patients avec des alertes plus judicieuses par cette surveillance. Aujourd’hui nous avons besoin de financement pour construire plus loin et élever très rapidement l’édifice de GrandCoeur. Nous voulons aussi hisser cette entreprise française à hauteur de ses éventuels concurrents, qui ne tarderont pas à venir, à n’en pas douter. Chacun d’entre nous pourra un jour utiliser GC.
