The Association of Passenger Rights Advocates (APRA) was established in 2017 by passenger rights organizations from across the EU, offering a united voice on the protection of air passengers.
The world of Aviation is rapidly changing. It is the European Union’s duty to ensure an adequate and up-to-date regulatory framework to enable smooth operations, whilst regulating safety, security, competition and setting and implementing environmental standards. However, without the confidence of the traveler, the aviation sector will be unable to reach its full potential. For this reason, it is APRA’s mission to ensure maximum protection for air passengers by actively engaging in a constructive dialogue with the European and national institutions, as well as airlines, airports, National Enforcement Bodies, and other key stakeholders.
We offer a combination of solid data, in-depth analysis and our collective expertise, to inform policy makers and promote the interest of European air passengers.
Join us and help us improve the EU rules for passengers!

Our annual membership service AirHelp+ has had millions of purchases. It offers members fast payouts and lounge access when disruptions occur, and protects them against other unexpected flight problems. AirHelp+ is our way of giving passengers the best, smoothest travel experience possible.
Our global team of over 400 provides 24/7 support to our customers in 19 languages. This, combined with the local knowledge from our network of over 50 law firms–the largest network in the world specializing in air passenger rights–makes us uniquely placed to help air passengers anywhere, anytime.
What’s more? We’re so proud of our status as a Most Loved Workplace, a prestigious award that underscores our dedication to prioritizing well-being, as well as cultivating a working environment that encourages personal growth and ownership.
