Naturally caffeinated dark chocolate infused with small-batch roasted coffee.
Joe Chocolate Co. was founded as a trail snack for our friends thru-hiking the Pacific Crest Trail. Quickly the simple and energizing snack became a hit on the trail and beyond. A handful of years later we are still producing every ounce of chocolate by hand but shipping all over the country.
Come visit us at our production facility and mocha bar in Seattle's historic Pike Place Market.

50/50 Women on Boards™ is the leading nonprofit global education & advocacy campaign committed to advancing gender balance and diversity on corporate boards.
In 2010 we launched 2020 Women on Boards, now 50/50 Women on Boards, to educate, advocate and collaborate with corporations and action groups committed to advancing women to corporate boards. Reaching and exceeding our initial goal of 20% women directors by 2020, our new campaign boldly calls for women to hold 50% of all corporate board seats and women of color to hold at least 20% of corporate board seats.
Our proprietary 50/50 Women on Boards Gender Diversity Index™ transparently tracks womens progress on Russell 3000 Index company boards. Quarterly and annually, we analyze the data and disseminate insights to encourage meaningful change across all levels of leadership.
If you are a woman aspiring to serve on a board or board-ready, we offer interactive workshops with experienced corporate directors to give you the tools to pursue a corporate board seat. We invite all to participate in our public awareness campaigns and tentpole events, including our Global Conversation on Board Diversity™.
If you are a corporation searching for ways to elevate your DE&I efforts for your employees, clients, or key stakeholders, we encourage you to get involved by partnering with our campaign or hosting a corporate board program for women in your network.
More than 80% of our revenue funds our research, educational programs, and public awareness campaigns.

Amelia Network gives you access to a 12 month collaborative growth cohort that connects you with an established group of women CEO/Founders who are passionate about supporting one another and growing their companies.
What makes this group different is that it is custom tailored to each member in the cohort. We don’t rely on prefabricated “accelerators” or “patented growth formulas.” Instead, we as a cohort choose what we work on together based on the problems and goals of the group.
Amelia Network is a safe space to share ideas and is focused on practical, tactical, tangible strategies that you can implement immediately. Once you implement, come back to the group with results and get input on how to tweak and improve. Think of it like your own private group of strategic executives that are here to help you succeed.
We don’t just focus on theory, we actually help you soar
