Right from our brews, to the equipment we source, the ingredients we use, the brewing process painstakingly designed to extract the very best flavours, and certainly the brewers themselves, we are driven by a simple philosophy of “no crap on tap”. If it doesn’t meet the extremely high standards that we have set for ourselves, the beer does not get served. It is as simple as that.
