The board is led primarily by former players with additional representation from current 49ers leadership, the DeBartolo Group, and strategic partners. Leaving the game is more than a career change—it is a complete lifestyle overhaul. Our player-led care model empowers alumni to redefine their purpose and identity while support recipients get personalized care from peers who understand their circumstances.
