Resono Ophthalmic is an innovative Italian company created in 2014 to develop and commercialize cutting-edge therapeutic devices for ophthalmology. The key feature of these devices is the Quantum Molecular Resonance treatment. QMR® is a patented technology which stimulates the natural regeneration of cells and tissue via low-power and high-frequency electric fields. Resono first applied this technique to treat Dry Eye Disease (DED) with Rexon-Eye®, a patented CE-marked medical device. So far, clinical trials in Italy and abroad have proved with evidence that Rexon-Eye® is a safe, effective, and long-term treatment option for all types of DED. The benefits of QMR in stimulating cell and tissue regeneration are currently understudying for the application in other eye diseases. For more information and technical details, visit our website. *QMR® is a registered trademark by Telea Electronic Engineering.
