Avec l’amour d’un terroir, la passion de la vigne et du vin, depuis 1921 L’Etoile vous présente ses vins et vins doux naturels d’Appellation d’Origine Protégée : Banyuls, Banyuls Grand Cru et Collioure. Nos pères fondateurs ont su nous transmettre leur passion de la vigne et du vin ainsi que les valeurs de la coopération. Ils purent exprimer tout leur talent dans cette cave majestueuse. Pour procéder au vieillissement des grands vins, de grands foudres furent acheminés par la mer en provenance du centre de la France. Arborant fièrement les couleurs catalanes, ces grands foudres façonnés par les contemporains de Marcellin Albert, de Raymond Pointcarré et de Jean Jaurès, contiennent toujours nos plus vieux millésimes; des cuvées de plusieurs décennies qui ont fait la réputation de lEtoile au sein et au loin des frontières roussillonnaises. De nos jours encore la grande majorité des membres de notre cave sont les descendants de nos fondateurs et sont toujours attachés à faire briller leur Etoile.
