Founded in 2014, Tribeca ESP is a FinTech-focused venture group. Our network of entrepreneurs and business leaders have domain expertise in institutional finance, technology, and deep science. With 70 limited partners, we have the collective experience and perspective that touches virtually every facet of the institutional finance landscape. We leverage our network to make informed investment decisions and to assist the companies in which we invest. We primarily focus on pre-A and A opportunities, though we have the ability to go earlier or later. Generally, we prefer to see revenue and referenceable clients before we invest. Since 2014, weve proven our value to our portfolio companies in a wide variety of ways, which has led to fantastic results. Weve made over 50 investments, have had many exits, and two IPOs. Most importantly, we are nice people who love to help our portfolio companies thrive!

Neer Venture Partners is a $20MM seed stage fund that primarily invests in fintech but also considers other areas (B2B SaaS, proptech, insurtech, wealthtech, gaming, DTC applications, and sportstech). The fund typically invests between $25,000 and $500,000 in companies that meet certain criteria, such as having a full-time founding team, a minimum viable product, evidence of product-market fit, some revenue or successful pilots, and a large potential market. While the fund does not have a regional bias, it may give preference to businesses based in Florida.
