Institutions are Unique. Challenges are Similar Institutions have accumulated lots of data, but much of it is locked in reporting habits that better support compliance than on-demand, integrative insights. We work with college and university leaders to help them rapidly improve their institution's internal capabilities to support a culture of data-insightful decisions. We are a group of experienced university leaders, faculty, and advisors who have traveled this journey and the many complexities of cultural change in the academy. The journey involves questions, aspirations, unlocking and blending institutional data, and (when needed) enriching it with relevant marketing research. We help leaders shape both the technical and organizational capabilities to create a culture for data-insightful decisions.
