The future of autonomous building design. Most AI being applied to construction today is built on large language models, which are genuinely useful for documents and workflows, but fundamentally incapable of generating geometry that obeys physics at building scale. Routing systems through a congested plenum, satisfying thousands of simultaneous spatial constraints across interacting trades, producing designs that are code-compliant, clash-free, and actually constructible.
