Our cross-sector coalition envisions equitable access to quality STEM mentoring opportunities in Silicon Valley building empowerment and career success one student at a time. We will do this by aligning and growing resources to support high-impact, mentor-led STEM learning opportunities at key points in the K-20 pipeline. The coalition will provide space for the community to troubleshoot challenges, celebrate successes, and combine resources to accomplish together what can be difficult for any one organization to do alone.

The Science Learning Institute’s mission is to advance equity in STEM at Foothill College by supporting students from underrepresented groups in their academic and career pathways in STEM and through initiatives working with faculty and within the institution.
