This organization originated from the need to network and expand our connectivity among 12 similar American European Chambers and Business Organizations. These organizations include:

California Spain Chamber of Commerce
Danish American Chamber of Commerce
French American Chamber of Commerce Northern California

German American Chamber of Commerce
Hungarian American Chamber of Commerce
Irish Network Bay Area
Swedish American Chamber of Commerce

US-Polish Trade Council
These organizations count over 2000 members with over 300 events per year and are also part of domestic and international networks of like Chambers and business organizations that are available to all members.
For over 10 years, we had been periodically organizing events together, but 5 years ago we decided to take our initiative to the next level. This is when our group grew to what we know today with a more established structure and more dynamic approach.
By coming together our focus is to:
- Promote and facilitate working relationships among members of our organizations
- Contribute to the economic, commercial and financial relations between California and European businesses
In short we aspire to be a platform and a conduit to assist in California-European commercial exchanges.

The Swiss-American Chamber of Commerce plays a vital and active role in assisting Swiss companies in the United States and U.S. companies in Switzerland to expand their business. The Swiss-American Chamber of Commerce is a not-for-profit organization.
The Chamber
1. Promotes and facilitates better business relations between the U.S. and Switzerland.
2. Provides essential information about doing business in these markets.
3. Brings business leaders together to facilitate contacts and provide platforms for networking in both countries.
4. Represents the mutual interests of members and takes action to further their interests.
5. Facilitates the mobility of member firms and their employees in both countries.
6. Promotes both countries as advantageous places to do business.
7. Fosters good corporate citizenship to benefit the communities in which members do business.
