WHO WE ARE Impact Ventures is a 501c3 organization and startup accelerator with a mission to eliminate the social and economic barriers for underrepresented Women and Minority Founders launching tech or tech-enabled companies. We accelerate and invest in all shades of genius, providing the critical resources for diverse founders to increase capacity, improve viability, and promote sustainability. WHAT WE BELIEVE We believe diversity and inclusion is the engine that drives innovation and technology is our greatest equalizer in closing the gender and racial wealth divide.
