La société est partenaire de la plateforme Crossbay Europe, filiale de MARK avec actuellement 500 m€ d’actifs sous gestion qui a pour ambition d’atteindre 2 md€ en Europe dont 500 m€ en France. Crossbay France a donc été créée pour assurer le développement et la gestion de cette plateforme sur le territoire français en se concentrant sur des opérations de repositionnement ou de restructuration d’immobilier logistique dans les grandes métropoles françaises.
