Innivia Ventures is a sophisticated, pan-European venture platform and managed dealflow engine linking Tallinn, Paris, Jyväskylä, the EU Widening Countries, and the broader EMEA region with global venture markets. Headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia, with operational hubs in Paris, France and Jyväskylä, Finland, Innivia functions at the cross-sections of advanced scientific research, public innovation frameworks, and private capital. While newly consolidated as a unified platform, Innivia institutionalizes over 25 years of foundational expertise in cross-border ecosystem building, investor readiness, and European tech transfer architecture. We bridge the critical gap between early-stage Research-to-Business (R2B) pipelines, university spin-offs, startups, scaleups, and downstream venture capital. Operating as a dual-track platform, we scale defensible breakthroughs through two pathways: • THE ACCOMPANIMENT PLATFORM: In partnership with ENSCP and elite European academic institutions, we deliver intensive capacity building, tech storytelling, and signature "Craft a Killer Pitch" masterclasses. We help ventures engineer uncopiable "Moat Matrices" including proprietary data loops and network effects. A central pillar is cross-sector fertilization - unlocking high-margin spillovers across commercial, industrial, and dual-use domains. • THE INNIVIA ANGELS CLUB: Our proprietary cross-border co-investment and syndication network. A women-led platform with a 3:1 female-to-male investor ratio, we mobilize agile private capital to anchor early-stage deals, instill pristine governance and cap-table hygiene, and prepare ventures for seamless Series A/B expansion. Deeply aligned with global innovation priorities, we maintain an active focus on Women Entrepreneurship and building robust networks for women investors internationally. Stay tuned for our full platform reveal and cohort applications opening globally in September 2026. Explore our profile at inniviaventures.com.

Business Angels invest their personal funds in startup companies developing business models with innovative products and services that carry the potential to disrupt a market sector. The SBA is a group of Business Angels who do this not only in Europe, but also Internationally. However, the contribution of Business Angels goes far beyond their financial support. They use their skills and experience to coach and mentor the entrepreneur and their team and, crucially, connect them into their professional network. This is the so-called "smart" money. We have 30 members from 10 countries and diverse backgrounds all working collaboratively to target innovative startups from various sectors. FinTech, ICT, Energy, IoT and Lifestyle are among those represented. The potential to disrupt a sector is a key consideration during the selection process. Please take a look at our website and contact us if you have an interesting project for consideration.
