Bulgarian Angels Club (ex-CEO Angels Club) is a group of senior executives and entrepreneurs related to Bulgaria investing their own money in early stage startups in return for equity. Our members make their own investment decisions and they can invest together or individually. They also provide expertise, contacts and pro-active mentorship to increase company value. The Club looks for early stage, normally post-accelerator startups that are highly scalable and that can show us how the company will get to break-even or to a clear meaningful mile stone (e.g.Seed or Series A.Funding) within 12-24 months on the basis of our one-time investment. This typically means smallish teams (2 to 5 people), with serious domain expertise and a product that is either currently in the market or already in beta.

My name is Atanas Raykov Raykov(ARR) and coincidentally, or not, Ive devoted my whole career to driving ARR(annual recurring revenue) for billion dollar companies both regionally and globally. For over 20 years, my career in global tech has been dedicated to scaling whats next. My passion for AI began in the early days of the modern AI era, and for more than a decade, I have been deeply involved in building and perfecting interactive, AI-powered services. This isnt just theory; I’ve driven tangible results, helping major digital businesses scale by up to 500% in audience and over 2,000% in revenue, while leading key new product lines to 7-figure ARRs. My strategic playbook was honed over 16 years of partnering with and competing against the worlds biggest tech companies, giving me a rare, firsthand understanding of the global landscape. Im constantly complementing this knowledge with the expriences as a mentor for the leading startups through my involvement with Endeavor, LaunchHub, and Eleven Ventures, helping shape the next generation of tech leaders. Crucially, this work is amplified by my extensive network of partners and contacts all across the EMEA region, who act as powerful strategic enablers for every project. This blend of operational experience and ecosystem insight has been recognized globally, leading me to speak on AI, technology, and business development at over 200 events in 25 countries.
