Were on a mission to power 10 million people in green jobs in 10 years. To reach net-zero, the world needs to decarbonise homes, roads and energy systems - dramatically transforming the physical infrastructure of the world. This creates both a bottleneck and opportunity around the skilled workforce needed to deliver the infrastructure - with millions of good, green jobs being created globally in areas like retrofit, solar installation and EVs. We help people discover, get trained and get into employment for these jobs - launching careers that are good for peoples wallets and good for the planet.

By removing childcare as an obstacle, Mirza helps employees choose family and career. Mirza provides an end-to-end childcare solution that supports parents to return to work and succeed. Our technology flags eligibility for government childcare programs, guides employees through the process, and helps them connect to caregivers. Our comprehensive platform also allows employers to deliver tax-efficient stipend programs, so companies can support their entire workforce.

Obuntu Foundation is on a mission to advance the next generation of Africa-focused Emerging Fund Managers. We believe Emerging Fund Managers, many who were founders and operators in Africa, are uniquely positioned to drive superior, inclusive returns for the continent while driving capital to underrepresented founders, geographies, and opportunities. So were building Obuntu to be their support ecosystem, there to give them the knowledge, community, and resources they need to succeed. Our flagship initiative is the Obuntu Launchpad Fellowship. It is an invite-only virtual Fellowship for first-time Fund Managers razor-focused on Africa. We select up to 15 Fellows and support them on their journey to launch & accelerate their first investment vehicle. We are a 501(c)(3) organisation with public charity status 509(a)(2).

January Ventures is a VC fund focused on angel/pre-seed in the US & Europe. We are replacing the friends & family round and re-writing the networks in venture. We invest early and opens doors for the visionary founders of the future. We believe the founders of the next decade will look fundamentally different: more female, more diverse and more distributed. Our firm is built on the principles of transparency and access, and we back founders based on their tenacity and ambition, not their pedigrees or who they know. January Ventures was founded in 2018 and is based in Boston, MA and London, UK.
