Innova Dynamics is a rapidly-growing, venture capital-backed nanotechnology company serving the touch screen and display industries. This University of Pennsylvania spin-off is commercializing a far reaching materials platform, Innlay™, that can transform device performance by embedding nanoparticles directly into the surfaces of polymers and creating new polymer functionalities. Innova is unleashing the full-potential of touch screens by leap frogging the performance of existing materials, enabling sensors of any size and shape, and dramatically reducing the overall manufacturing costs. Future opportunities to leverage the Innlay™ platform include OLED lighting, OLED displays, thin-film solar, smart windows, anti-infective medical devices, and numerous other application spaces. We are actively collaborating with the top companies in touch screens, consumer electronics, and the chemical/materials industry to bring our first touch products to market over the next 1-2 years. A team of highly successful industry veterans paired with the founding entrepreneurs leads the company. We are seeking high-performance, committed individuals that want to make a difference while building a great, new technology company.

Your Dream. Your Journey. Your Company. We have the most flexible capital for software and information services companies in the industry, and let you decide the timeline and future of your company. We founded Susquehanna Growth Equity in 2006 to create a different kind of investor: a firm that itself is funded by entrepreneurs who understand the ups-and-downs of operating a business; a firm that has no fixed time horizons and is not subject to the vagaries of the private equity fundraising cycle; a firm that can be flexible in the types of deals it does, the securities it holds, and the risks it takes; and a firm which will help strategically without forcing its operational playbook on its operators. All our capital comes from Susquehanna International Group, one of the world’s largest privately-held financial services firms. Founded in 1987, Susquehanna has grown to over 3,200 employees across the globe, while continuing to be owned and operated by its founders. We are proud to be a part of one of the biggest bootstrapped, entrepreneurial success stories in history.
