To help improve the leadership skills of women through a variety of ways that will help them succeed in the workplace and in life. - To help develop strong, confident women by fostering skills needed in their daily lives (either 1-on-1 mentoring, speaking to companies, groups, etc.) - Reach out to various organizations, businesses, networking groups and advise and mentor these groups to help propel women into future leadership roles. - Provide a network of women to give back to others by paying it forward so that other women can grow into successful roles and positions. The Premier Hockey Federation (PHF) is the first professional women's hockey league in North America. Established in 2015, the league's founding four organizations: the Buffalo Beauts, Boston Pride, New York Riveters and Connecticut Whale. The league's championship trophy is the Isobel Cup, named after the daughter of the donator of the Stanley Cup, Lady Isobel Gathorne-Hardy.
