In an effort to address growing shortages in the elderly care markets, martas self-service platform allows families and caregivers to find and connect with their optimal counterparts. Supported by a data-driven approach to matching, the platform brings more transparency and fairness to a market traditionally dominated by inefficient and expensive intermediaries.
We believe that everyone has the right to receive adequate care and to age in dignity. We also fight to empower caregivers and to ensure they can provide their invaluable services in fair working conditions and for adequate compensation.
We care deeply about providing the best possible experience to all involved parties.

Grover is the global leader in technology rentals, enabling people and empowering businesses to subscribe to tech products monthly instead of buying them.
Founded in 2015 by Michael Cassau, Grover’s mission is to make exceptional technology more accessible, because technology is a basic human right. With Grover and Grover Business, subscribers and companies get access to a wide range of tech products, including smartphones, laptops and smartwatches on a flexible, monthly rental basis.
Once a product rental period has ended, Grover’s service allows its users to return the product free of charge. They can also decide to extend the product rental length or exchange the product for something else. Grover Business even takes care of the tech procurement and management process so that companies can stay focused on growth.
Rentals are available in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and Spain at GROVER.COM, as well as in Germany through Grover’s online and offline partner network, including Europe’s leading electronics retail group, MediaMarktSaturn.
Grover is a pioneer in the circular economy: Its business model of renting out and refurbishing tech products contributes to devices being used more frequently and for a longer period. This increases the potential to avoid e-waste. To date, Grover has circulated more than 1.2 million devices in total.
With total funding of around €1.4 billion to date and over 400 employees, Grover is one of the fastest-growing scaleups in Europe.

WHO WE ARE & WHAT DRIVES US.
Every second e-commerce euro in Germany is spent on Amazon. Amazon is still growing at a stable double-digit rate as pure online e-commerce over twenty years after its foundation. On average, both the conversion rate and the shopping basket value are higher than on other online marketplaces. ameo is an owner-managed company with over 40 employees, including native speakers of every European marketplace language, creative minds, resourceful advertisers, technical aficionados and, last but not least, great, exclusive partners.
Through daily contact with the Amazon environment, we are firmly convinced that today it is essential for every company in the consumer goods branch to thoroughly deal with this marketplace in order to be optimally positioned and prepared for the future. Thanks to many successful, long and short projects for Amazon vendors and sellers, ameo is able to provide you with comprehensive advice and supportive partnership.
As one of the first German agencies for Amazon consulting, we combine know-how, experience and passion under one roof. Challenge motivates us, honest curiosity drives us. This is how our consistently young team likes to think outside the box and come up with new ideas that are then successfully implemented for you in order to succeed on Amazon. With our passion, we have been able to inspire large, renowned companies that continue to rely on our expertise.
