With thousands of courses out there, the learning opportunities are seemingly endless. However, finding the right course for you and following it to completion is more difficult than they may seem. Acuity wants to eliminate the void in the online education market while also helping some of the hardest workers out there (moms) utilize these resources best. Too often moms go unrecognized for their hard work and are having trouble finding their way back into the workforce after motherhood. Acuity is here to help. We are an online platform that is empowering mothers to re-enter the workforce by providing online skills training, community, and resources. The platform itself aggregates existing online courses to create a customized learning path that best fit the user’s needs (such as individual skill level, time constraint, job requirements, etc.). These courses are coupled with a community of like-minded moms in order to help moms connect with and motivate one another both virtually and in-person.
