De Dutch Green Building Council (DGBC) ontwikkelt en beheert keurmerken voor de beoordeling van Nederlandse gebouwen en gebieden op hun duurzaamheidprestaties. Daarnaast traint DGBC professionals om de beoordelingen te kunnen uitvoeren. Verder onderneemt DGBC een veelvoud aan acties, zoals diverse marktgroepen allemaal gericht op het verduurzamen van de bebouwde omgeving.

Since then, PAN has evolved and become the Netherland’s leading national art fair, where art, antiques and design are presented by more than 110 art and antique dealers and gallery owners, primarily from the Netherlands. Each year 250,000 invitations are sent, and approximately 40,000 visitors come to the fair to see its broad range of top international art, which covers five millennia of art history. PAN Amsterdam has earned widespread praise for the quality of the objects on sale. This quality is secured by means of a meticulous vetting process. Eighty independent specialist vetting experts, organized in committees, appraise the authenticity, quality and condition of all the objects before the fair.

Spierziekten Nederland komt op voor mensen met een spierziekte. Het gaat Spierziekten Nederland om een betere kwaliteit van de zorg. Effectief wetenschappelijk onderzoek. Goede voorlichting en informatie, ook voor artsen en professionele hulpverleners. Al sinds 1967 zet Spierziekten Nederland zich hiervoor in. Spierziekten Nederland is een vereniging voor, maar vooral ook van mensen met een spierziekte. De leden spelen binnen de vereniging een belangrijke rol. Velen van hen zijn als vrijwilliger actief binnen de vereniging. Dat bepaalt ook het karakter van Spierziekten Nederland: een slagvaardige organisatie, gedragen door betrokken mensen. De honderden vrijwilligers vormen de pijlers van de organisatie. Zij brengen mensen met elkaar in contact, organiseren bijeenkomsten en werken mee aan de productie van voorlichtingsmateriaal. De vrijwilligers worden ondersteund door een team van professionele medewerkers op het landelijk bureau in Baarn. We are conscious of our social responsibility and are always looking for sustainable solutions related to all areas of its industrial processes. Another example is that the trays in which the Vivera products are placed are made from recyclable PET material. The cardboard packaging is made from cardboard approved by the FSC (Forest Stewardship Council). The wood from which this cardboard is made originates from woodlands managed in accordance with the sustainable principles of the FSC. Vivera applies very strict regulations regarding the purchasing of all its raw materials and consumables. The most important raw material for the Vivera products are soy beans. The soy that is used to produce the Vivera products is derived from sustainable non-genetically modified soy beans. These soy beans are grown in accordance with sustainable guidelines, thereby saving the environment.
