Digital Avicenna is a tele-medicine service providing remote cardiologists and other medical specialists opinions/interpretations based on the submitted medical test results of the patients worldwide. The key target markets are the countries with a severe lack of the specialized physicians in such geographical areas as Africa, India, Eastern Asia, Latin America and Pacific hemisphere. There are three types of services provided by the company: • Government service (B2G) for the nation-wide, government-sponsored or not-for-profit funds-sponsored for initial screening of population of specific jurisdictions or countries; • Enterprise service (B2B) for the privately-held hospitals and clinics; • Retail service (B2C) for private clients worldwide who want a second physicians’ opinion, live in a remote location or for any other purpose. One can register as a client and go through all the functionality of the patients/client’s cabinet. There are separate accounts/dashboards for cardiologists/oncologists/General Medicine doctors and the administrator. The client after registration receives access to his personal client’s account. He/she can download all his/her test results (cardiogram and extended blood test) and fill in the clients questionnaire. He/she can also download a close-up photo of his/her face. It will help the Digital Avicenna’s cardiologists to make interpretation more informative and precise. After all the test results have been downloaded and a payment is made, one of the cardiologists receives an assignment to interpret them, providing a standardized half page interpretation/conclusion in PDF for a client within three business days. The client‘s identity is anonymous for the cardiologist and only the administrator knows the client/patient’s identity. The interpretation is downloaded then back into the client’s personal cabinet and he/she can see it.

The main objective of the TrustedTrack project is to develop (R&D), to test and to produce multifunctional IoT devices, which have geolocation capabilities and various sensors to gauge different parameters of an outside environment or a closed space. Additionally, our solution will allow making photo/video/audio and other types of recordings (humidity, vibration, temperature, etc.). The development of multifunctional platform using Blockchain technologies for recording the results of sensors’ estimates by such multifunctional IoT devices is another objective of our project. Our solution’s primary target market is logistical business in the area where there are issues of trust among multiple agents of the logistical business: the shippers/consignors of the cargo, the receivers/consignees for the cargo, the insurance companies (the one which can insure cargo, be responsible for the logistical company’s operations or other agents of the logistical business such as seaport operators which transship cargo), the logistical company which ships/transport the cargo, seaport operators which transship cargo or transshipping terminals, etc. Our solution allows: • full automatization of the logistical process; • recordings the results of sensors’ readings into the Blockchain such as Tezos or EOS will provide 100% guarantee of the recorded data’s integrity and credibility; • 100% transparency of the logistical process for all involved parties: the shippers/consignors of the cargo, the receivers/consignees for the cargo, the insurance companies, the logistical companies which ship/transport the cargo, such companies as seaport operators and transshipping terminals, etc.; • creation of uninterrupted automated supply chain; • development (in future) automated mechanism to enact “smart” contracts with a settlement system that works in the form of an independent algorithm making final settlements depending upon the cargo delivered to the receivers/consignees.
