Roquefort Therapeutics is a LSE Main Market listed biotech company developing first in class drugs in the high value and high growth oncology segment prior to partnering or selling to big pharma. Since listing in March 2021, Roquefort Therapeutics has successfully acquired Lyramid Pty Limited, a leader in the development of medicines for a new therapeutic target, Midkine (a human growth factor associated with cancer progression), and most recently acquired Oncogeni Ltd, founded by Nobel Laureate Professor Sir Martin Evans, which has developed two families of innovative cell and RNA oncology medicines.

Back pain is debilitating and limiting. It forces changes to the way people live and affects their quality of lie. Gelmetix addresses the most common cause of this critical problem through an efficient, cost effective and drug-free approach to preventing pain and restoring functionality and movement.
Our patented polymer gel helps to restore the natural integrity of the disc itself. Injected directly, it rehydrates and stabilises, bringing back load-bearing properties and restoring the movement of the patient. Our polymer gel technology also has the potential to be adapted and extended for other uses.
Gelmetix was founded in 2012, as a spin-off from the University of Manchester. In December 2020, Gelmetix was named “one of the most promising biotech start-ups in Europe” by EIT Health Catapult.

Nuada is a vertically integrated carbon capture company that is poised to decarbonise heavy industries through its next-generation point-source capture technology.
We have combined advanced solid adsorbents (Metal Organic Frameworks or MOFs) with proven vacuum swing technology to vacuum CO2 out of industrial emissions through a “heatless” and solvent-free process. The use of pressure instead of heat represents a step-change innovation that slashes the energy and costs barriers for mass adoption of carbon capture in industry.
Nuada builds energy-efficient CO2 filtration machines that enable industrial emitters in hard-to-abate sectors to achieve their Net Zero targets whilst minimising the impact on their bottom line.
