Instituída em 10 de agosto de 1944, a Fundação Cásper Líbero cumpre objetivos patrióticos, culturais e jornalísticos, observando os princípios determinados por seu fundador. É uma instituição sem qualquer finalidade lucrativa. Seu patrimônio é composto por um edifício com 14 andares - o Edifício Gazeta. São 68.000 m2 de área construída que abrigam as Rádios AM/FM, a Faculdade de Comunicação Social Cásper Líbero, a Rede Gazeta de Televisão, os jornais A Gazeta e A Gazeta Esportiva - hoje, Gazeta Esportiva.Net. O Edifício Cásper Líbero abriga ainda um teatro com capacidade para 900 pessoas e, em seu topo, estão instaladas a antena da Rádio Gazeta FM e a torre da TV Gazeta, com 85 metros de altura, que pode ser vista de qualquer ponto da cidade de São Paulo.
