As we all know representation matters which is why we created this community to allow our people to come together to connect and share our experiences in the Tech Industry. With the lack of diversity in this space, we wanted to showcase Habesha people who are killing it as well as provide a visual representation for those just getting started that there are people who look like you and share similar backgrounds and experiences, to give them the hope that it is achievable. Our goal is to bring that representation to life and showcase our Habesha community and the great things they are achieving in their various professions within this industry. We aim to host panels and discussions aimed at empowering and guiding the next generation that a career in this field is indeed achievable!

The Investors of Color (IoC) is a national network of diverse accredited investors across the capital stack committed to building wealth for and by underrepresented communities through syndicated investments in early-stage companies.  The IoC is composed of investors representing the entire continuum of capital such as angel investors, venture capital, revenue-based investment firms, family offices, and other capital providers.
