صدر قرار صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير عبدالعزيز بن تركي الفيصل، وزير الرياضة رئيس اللجنة الأولمبية والبارالمبية السعودية، باعتماد مجلس إدارة الاتحاد السعودي للملاكمة والركل (كيك بوكسينغ) برئاسة الأستاذ/ أحمد بن محمد الطويان، وعضوية ستة أعضاء بتاريخ 30/04/1444هـ الموافق 23/11/2022م. ومنذ حينه، عمل الاتحاد السعودي على بناء البنية التنظيمية التي تخدم مستهدفاته وأغراضه ومن ذلك، تشكيل لجان مسانده للعمل على تنفيذ بعض برامج الاتحاد بإشراف مباشر من مجلس الإدارة مثل اللجنة الاستراتيجية واللجنة القانونية واللجنة المالية ولجنة الاستثمار. كما عمل على بناء علاقات استراتيجية مع العديد من الاتحادات النظيرة إقليمياً وعالمياً كالاتحاد البحريني للكيك بوكسينغ والمواي تاي واللجنة الكويتية للكيك بوكسينغ، بالإضافة إلى بناء علاقة استراتيجية مع الاتحاد البريطاني للكيك بوكسينغ والاتحاد الدولي للملاكمة والركل (WAKO).
