Since our founding, MedArrive has been at the forefront of bringing healthcare services into patients homes through a fully integrated care management platform. Our initial approach combined physician-led telemedicine with a national network of over 50,000 highly skilled EMS professionals, allowing us to serve vulnerable populations, reduce healthcare costs, and reconnect patients with primary care.
As the healthcare landscape continues to evolve, so too must our strategies. MedArrive has recently shifted its focus from directly delivering care into the home to orchestrating Clinical Operations ("ClinOps") for healthcare@home. This pivot is driven by our commitment to supporting healthcare organizations as they transition to value-based care models, ensuring they can efficiently and effectively deliver care wherever patients call home.
Our ClinOps orchestration platform is designed to enable in-home healthcare providers to optimize their operations, improve workforce efficiencies, and enhance patient outcomes—all without compromising on the quality of care. By leveraging our technology and experience, we now help organizations streamline everything from patient pipeline management and labor capacity planning to scheduling optimization and care coordination.
