The Zell Entrepreneurship Program nurtures the next generation of business leaders in Israel. Each year, we select a small group of exceptional individuals from Reichman University who have the ambition and ability to build and lead ventures. Through hands-on experience, mentorship, and resources, we help them turn their ideas into reality. Over the past 20 years, our alumni have founded more than 170 companies, including 40 that have successfully exited. Collectively, these ventures have raised $6 billion and created over 7,000 jobs, driving significant impact within the Israeli high-tech ecosystem.
