Phonr uses the commercial brand Ysi to offer, in Spain, a recommendation service to end users of telecommunications products and services.
The company positions itself clearly at the side of the end user, its needs and desires, and the correct way to chose a telco product or service. Being 100% independent from operators and media houses, the company offers a transparent way to ascertain the adequacy of each product to one's needs and, foremostly, the ability to get recommendations on "best fit" products.
As a startup, the company raised a strong round of seed capital from individuals and corporations both Spanish and foreign. The majority of the foreign capital is Norwegian and Swedish, representing both the trust of professional investors on the potential of the Spanish market, and the belief on the work ethic that "anything worth doing, is worth doing right."
