Founded in 2012, Youth Business Alliance's mission is to help students discover their dreams and embrace their brilliance through real-world business experiences that build confidence, career opportunities and life-changing skills. Our vision is for all students to know they are capable of achieving big dreams and have the tools to make career success a reality. We value: Learning + Exploration Equal Access to Opportunities The Cycle of Empowerment Multi-Dimensional Success In the 2021-22 school year, YBA is partnering with teachers at 20 high schools in low-income communities to offer curriculum, weekly guest speakers and (virtual) field trips that build students' soft skills, career readiness, financial literacy and business knowledge.
