XoNovo is a preclinical-stage biopharmaceutical company engaged in the development of proprietary small molecules for the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases. XoNovo’s objective is to provide a first-in-class therapeutic for preventing the progressive loss of neuronal function across multiple neurodegenerative diseases. XoNovo’s technology has been extensively tested in both in vitro and in vivo models, showing promising results in neurodegenerative diseases including Alzheimer, Muscular Dystrophy, Tuberos Sclerosis, and BD. XoNovo’s preparatory focus is IND submission of its lead molecule XN001, for slowing the progression of BD.
