Most of us know the feeling — busy, doing grand on paper, and still not sure were pointed in the right direction.
Worksheets for Growth is a free web app for sitting with that question. Its built around the Japanese Ikigai idea — your reason for being — and walks you through four areas: what you love, what youre good at, what the world needs, and what you can be paid for. Where those overlap is the interesting bit.
How it works:
- A guided Ikigai journey in four steps — Reflection, Intersections, Discovery, and an Action Plan.
- An AI assistant that acts as a coach — personalised prompts and reflections to push your thinking, not just blank boxes to fill in.
- A Limiting Beliefs tracker — name the self-doubt thats holding you back and reframe it into something you can actually work with.
- Save your progress and come back to it, or export a PDF to share with a coach or mentor.
Its free to begin and takes about 15 minutes to get your first reflection down.
Ill be straight with you — this is early. Its a real tool thats live and works, but its pre-revenue and still being built. Theres more in the pipeline (an idea-generation tool and a business model canvas) that isnt on the homepage yet. If you try it and somethings off, Id genuinely want to hear it.
