The Work in Progress studio team are experts in people ops, design, product, culture, and startups. In our journeys through the design and tech industry we were deeply frustrated by the scale of wasted energy, time, and money that went into building and scaling teams. So we brought together the smartest people we knew across design, product, culture, people, and engineering to focus on finding simple, user-centered solutions for building and maintaining teams as they scale. Solutions that serve the interests of companies and people. Our model allows us to continuously feed the insights and data from our work into smarter, better tools and products to share with our communities and networks. A continuous cycle of learning and making…a constant work in progress. Ultimately, we want to improve the quality of interactions between companies and their people, creating more time and structure for growth and development.
