Founded in 2016 by Sujay Jaswa and Jeffrey Katzenberg, WndrCo is a multi-stage technology investment firm that is focused on the Consumerization of Software. We build and partner with companies whose products are revolutionizing how people live and work. We invest where we’ve operated - Future of Work Software, Consumer Technology, and Cybersecurity - so that we can make an impact beyond invested capital. Our portfolio includes three types of investments:
- Build: We build companies that solve billion dollar problems. We typically start by acquiring controlling stakes in out-of-favor technology companies, which can be transformed into category winners. Our Build portfolio includes Aura, Pango Group, Super Unlimited, and Twingate.
- Venture/Growth: We invest in founders who are building category-winning companies, with a strong preference to be the companys lead institutional investor at the time of investment. When needed, we create value through hands-on assistance with product strategy, organizational scaling, and accelerating the go-to-market. Our Venture/Growth portfolio includes 1Password, Airtable, Databricks, Deel, Figma, NexHealth, Placer.ai, Robinhood, and Sparrow.
- Seed: We develop relationships with the next generation of entrepreneurs and invest in their ideas at the outset. Our Seed portfolio includes Dapper Labs, Gem, Material Security, Modern Treasury, Pilot, ThreatOptix, Wrapbook, and Yassir.
