WiseStep’s employability solutions are aimed at acknowledged loopholes in the current Education Model which renders 69% of the graduates unemployable. The formal structure of Education is abstract from the core capabilities and qualities valued by employers worldwide. With emerging industries and subsequently arising diverse employment opportunities, India Inc. needs to bring quality to its quantifiable Talent Pool. This is required to handle surplus of growth and cascade it to the society.
