The Group Windows on Europe is specialized in the management of serviced apartments, vacation rentals, villas for rent and temporary offices, with direct presence in ten cities, 6 countries and with an apartment booking service covering major cities around the world. With over 25 years of experience, Windows on Europe has developed specific expertise regarding the management of both holiday properties and office buildings. Short term rental operators can take advantage of this know how through a service platform. Alongside this managerial expertise the Group has adopted a sophisticated distribution strategy which unites both online and offline channels. Presently, clients from all over the world rent from the Group more than 1,300 properties which it manages directly, as well as tens of thousands which are managed by 200 professional operators in 150 locations worldwide, with a transaction volume in 2012 of 20 million euros.
