One Roof is a digital membership for female leaders & entrepreneurs.
We began as a co-working business and over 6 years became well known as the leading co-working operator for women in Australia. In fact, we were voted top 5 co-working spaces for women in the world. We had plans to grow this co-working empire and then COVID-19 hit.
We made the swift decision to completely pivot the business to a digital membership. In 6 months we have grown the membership and community to 400+ women (and some men) Australia-wide, hosted 200+ masterclasses, co-hosted the largest female founder pitch night in 2020 and will be back in 2021 and had great success amongst our community.
The One Roof membership supports women to access the right professional network and community, upskill, celebrate wins, ask for feedback, problem solve their biggest challenges and connect with industry experts.
We offer a very personalised member experience including an on-boarding call, weekly networking sessions, curated introductions and regular business catch ups.
